  2. Lovely idea for a challenge. My husband loves the Discworld series. In fact, I bought him the latest book for Christmas every year since we were married. It was so sad about Sir Terry’s illness and his death this year. To embark on reading the series is a fitting tribute to Sir Terry and you’ll have a lot of fun reading them. For me, I love his book, ‘The Unadulterated Cat’ which argues the case for the preservation of the ‘real’ cat. Very funny if you’re a cat lover, as so many things ring true! šŸ™‚

    • Thanks Maxine! I will definitely have to have a look at The Unadulterated Cat once I’ve finished Discworld. I’m definitely a cat lover, and I’m so glad I’ve found his books- what a thoughtful christmas gift for your husband!

      • I think you’ll enjoy the Unadulterated Cat very much. You’ll recognise the characteristics in your own cat, I’m sure! …. and this Christmas will be strange without a new Discworld novel in my husband’s stocking! I shall visit your blog for some good ideas! šŸ™‚
